Made of cast ironware, it has superior heat retention and efficient distribution resulting in evenly cooked dishes. The pot’s hefty iron lid retains moisture and comes equipped with an elegant iron handle for safely lifting while hot. The interior surface of the pan is ridged, great for creating char marks and catching grease. Suitable for gas, electric and induction stoves, and safe for the oven. Good Design Award recipient.
