This handy, ultra compact slicer creates precision julienne strips or straight slices. Designed for safety, the tool features a food guard that keeps fingers away from the blade. The adjustable straight stainless blade slices up to 5mm thick, while the julienne stainless blade slices 2mm or 4mm thickness. A built-in storage compartment secures blades when not in use. Wipe clean. Made in France.

Tip: to detach the blade, set the thickness to zero and while using both hands with two fingers, press the edges of the red blade and lift carefully.
