Good Design Since 2008
In 1966, Massimo Vignelli was commissioned by the Stendig Furniture Company to design a promotional calendar and was so successful that the Museum of Modern Art added this piece to its permanent collection before a single calendar was printed. A design classic, the large-scale calendar ensures you will never need to squint to make out the date. The months alternate from white to black pages, and there’s ample space for sticky-notes and daily reminders. The thoughtful layout in Helvetica is an exploration of negative space, with the shapes between the letters and numbers as important as the text itself... a defining icon of mid-century modernism. Printed in the USA.
Tip: since we can’t quite bear to recycle these beautiful sheets as the months pass, we save them to use for wrapping paper. Perforated at the top, each passing month tears off easily.
