In the 1930s, Roy K. Dennison began manufacturing toy log building sets in Maine. For thirty years his products brought happiness to children and parents. After his death in the 1960s, the Roy Toy company closed down but in the early 1990s his grandson Bruce revived the company. Key to Bruce’s mission was closely adhering to his grandfather’s careful hand-cut manufacturing techniques. This results in pieces that fit snugly together and a set that will last for generations. Recommended for ages 3+. Made in the USA.
As we’ve seen with customers in the shop, constructing one’s own log cabin seems just as satisfying now as it was back then. This cabin in a box includes 37 pieces and is a good size for building at home or taking along to a friend’s house.
