Good Design Since 2008
Replace your smartphone bedside for this elegant alarm version of Riki Watanabe's award winning wall clock. A model of functionality, it features an aesthetically pleasing face of bold, simplistic numbers that are easy to read, along with a sweeping second hand that keeps silent time. A snooze button even sits on top. Casing is natural beech wood. We also love its presence as a mantel clock. Requires a single AA battery. Winner - Good Design Award, 2004. Made in Japan.
Riki Watanabe (1911-2013) established Japan's first design office in 1949. Always focused on simplicity, elegance and function, he has influenced countless designers. Although Riki designed many works of furniture and interior design, creating timepieces became a passion for him.
